We had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend and truly enjoyed our time here! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We had a great time and really appreciated the space and hospitality. It was a perfect place to spend the holiday weekend with family, and we would definitely recommend this home to others. We had to run to Home Depot and replace all air filters because air conditioner was running hard and very loud. We couldn’t sleep night one. The money was out of our own pocket. We also had to unclog the shower and sink in the master bedroom restroom. No money was returned and we left extra air filters. The cleaning lady was impressed with what we did and the team from the house never said anything like we can reimburse you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding the air conditioning system.
After your departure, we inspected the air vents, filters, and HVAC system and did not find any issues that would have affected its noise level or operation. During your stay, the outside temperature reached approximately 116°F, so the air conditioning was running almost continuously to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature. Under those extreme conditions, it is normal for the system to operate more frequently than usual.
As part of our regular maintenance program, we also replace the HVAC air filters every month to help ensure the system operates efficiently and maintains good air quality for our guests so there was no need for you to buy filters.
We also inspected all of the sinks and showers after your checkout and did not find any signs of slow drainage or plumbing issues.
