We truly were looking for a ONE OF A KIND place to stay with our family coming into Phoenix for graduation. This place seemed to check ALL the boxes and even though we had some hiccups along the way, the management team was responsive to our needs and the issues that arose. We trust that with excellent communication between them and us, they are / will work out the details of the issues so that future guests will not have the same experience. In the end, we ALL agreed, it was THE PERFECT place for our family to stay. Plenty of sleeping space, plenty of space for our family graduation dinner and the pool / hot tub / bean bags / and putting green was such a bonus!!I'd love for them to take a photo of the board games they have at the house, as we brought 2 very heavy games from MN for the stay only to find out they had both of them!!Also, they stated they don't have pool towels, and they do. Save some space in your luggage and just use theirs.The pool was not heated but it was 86 most days so it was perfect temperature!!A definite must stay! PS: The neighborhood is NICE!!!! Felt very safe walking every morning!! Even by myself!! The neighborhood is a 10 / 10

I had a wonderful stay at this BnB! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, offering great local tips that made the trip even better. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay, great for large groups with children. Spacious yet large common areas for dining. We would definitely book again.

Loved the house for our "base of operations" while touring with a school group this year. We take a large group of 7th graders and split them among a few houses near to each other and this one was great! The girls loved all the games and pool! Eating space inside and out was perfect for our group. Plenty of space to spread out and set everyone up with their own space. Will definitely be looking to see if this space is available again next year when the trip rolls around again!
