This property is a duplex with connecting stairs, accessible only when both units are rented together. These spaces can be rented separately or together. We do provide our guests with fans during their stay and portable Air Conditioning units. This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay. The house was great, and we especially enjoyed the deck and outdoor eating area. It worked well for our group. Convenient location. Only drawback was the hoops I was asked to jump through to book. Photos, copies of ID-and I’m a well established and highly rated renter on AirB&B. I will probably avoid renting from real estate companies that ask for extensive documentation. Just my personal preference.

Great spot for a large group! The beds were very comfortable, there were lots of bathrooms, and hot water was never an issue. The only issue we had was the couch; it was not great for the size of our group. And as others have mentioned, the floors are a bit rough.

We stayed in this lovely house, we were a group of 13 adults and 2 kids, the whole place was better then the photos and the description, everything was spotless, a very big bedrooms, an amazing kitchen and more then enough space for everyone, very well equipped with everything you may need.
We were delighted the whole time we stayed there, and absolutely recommend this amazing place.
