This was my first time using an Airbnb for vacationing accommodations and it went great.
Observations I made were-
The home is slightly dated, 80’s style with some updates, and overall a nice place. The floor plan offered two main sleeping areas, on opposite ends of the house, with an open living floor plan in the middle. We had plenty of space to sleep 10 adults comfortably. Perfect for large families or groups. The floor plan is open with lots of natural lighting.
Upon arrival, we noticed the diving board was no longer available at the pool. The jacuzzi had quite a bit of sand in the bottom of the tub. These observations did NOT stop us from enjoying the amenities. It was windy the days we were there and we understood the sand in the jacuzzi (we have a jacuzzi too).
The staff were immediately responsive to any messages I sent. I would definitely stay at this location during future endeavors.

The backyard was the highlight of our stay! It was peaceful and quiet, with a large pool, a swing set for the kids and a putting green that everyone enjoyed.
There were a couple issues. We had trouble getting inside because the door lock wasn't working properly. The host fixed the issue within a few minutes. The kitchen lacked essential items, which would have made prep a lot easier. It didn't feel like there would have been enough supplies if we were a larger group. We were two families travelling (4 adults, 3 kids). The propane tank was also empty upon arrival (host replaced within a couple hours) and the hot tub was full of sand and didn't appear to have been cleaned recently (we didn't use it).
Overall, the property has a great backyard, but there were some "low hanging fruit" items that would make the property much better overall. Unlikely to stay in this property on our next trip.

We had a great time staying here with our family! There were 15 of us, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was very big and definitely one of our favorite parts. We also had a lot of fun with all the outdoor activities and really enjoyed the pool table.
There were a few stains on some of the beds, and we did have a little trouble with the AC during our stay, but overall we had a really fun experience and enjoyed our time here.

We used this rental to hold a celebration for my wife’s graduation. It was perfect the open design was very conducive for the party. The pool and the pool table were a big hit. The only thing that could have been better was the a/c. We could not get the temperature down in the guest rooms. Overall though a great experience.
