Overall, the home met our basic needs and was large enough to accommodate most of our group, which we appreciated. However, we felt the listing photos made the property appear to be in better condition than it actually was.
The home could use some TLC and maintenance. The stairs had flooring that was coming apart, there were areas where walls needed repair or paint, and parts of the pool area had missing tile or concrete. While none of these issues ruined our stay, they did make the property feel more worn than expected.
Cleanliness was also disappointing. We found a pile of nail clippings on one of the lower bunk beds, a wad of hair in a dining room chair, and, most concerning, we encountered cockroaches in the kitchen on several occasions during our stay.
Another issue was that the listing advertised queen-size beds, but they were actually full-size beds. We had planned for two adults to share each bed based on the listing, but that wasn't realistic. We ended up p

Huge home! Accommodated my whole family so nicely and the backyard is great! The home itself needed a little TLC. Be careful on the stairs as several of them are split and pinch your feet. I would also suggest bringing some towels as they have a limited amount, and be sure to bring your own kitchen necessities as it’s a tad bare. Towels and kitchen necessities are easy so not too disappointed there. Overall we were so happy with our stay and genuinely loved this house.
