Happy Haus

This place was great—clean, roomy, and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool (too cold outside) but it looked lovely and would be fun in summer months!

We had a wonderful stay at Happy Haus. Pool was a highlight. Worked perfectly for our family of 6.

This place is different from many on AB n B, in that it is obviously a full time rental, rather than someone's shared residence. There are no signs of personal occupation. This works out well in this instance. the kitchen stuff is plentiful and well marked. There are many clean towels and appropriate toiletries (even small tubes of toothpaste and clean toothbrushes, a nice touch.) It would be great for larger parties ( I was there only with my adult son.) There are two large common room areas, and the bedroom with bunk beds could easily work with 2 or 3 kids. The areas of the house are separate enough so the kids could be away from you, and vice versa. Coffee maker worked and came with filters and a good amount of coffee. Very welcome, since we got in at night. Location is good, especially if you plan on covering a lot of ground. We found the central location ideal. Very nice quiet residential neighborhood. Pool is clean. Small, but enough to keep kids happy. No issues.

Close to uptown Scottsdale where dining is very good. The cleanliness was what struck me first, the amenities struck me second with fully appointed kitchen, very bright, great landscaping and pool. Hair dryer was appreciated and the comfy bed. It couldn't have been more perfect!

This VRBO was the perfect get away spot for a girls weekend. The house was very clean, neatly organized and had nice decor. Central location and easy to get to all the things we wanted to do- camelback mountain, the Hole in The Rock, restaurants and grocery. The booking process was seem-less and the owner(s) was very responsive. Would highly recommended and if I am ever in AZ again will definitely be re-booking this place!

The house was great! Very clean, quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, and the two living areas were nice as well. We’ll hopefully be back some day!
