Great option for GCU families

This property is a great option for anyone looking to stay near GCU (about 10-15 min drive depending on traffic), not far from Camelback Road & close to a major highway. The rental is set up nicely & room enough for our family of 6. Two different living room areas for everyone to spread out (only 1 tv though). We cooked in the kitchen, used the grill, ate out in the area & also ordered in Italian from one of the suggestions listed from the owner. Pool area is small but worked perfectly for our small group (bring floaties!). Definitely felt like a safe neighborhood. Walmart & several fast food options very close by. We will stay here again!

We loved staying at this house! It was the perfect location in a great and friendly neighborhood. Centrally located with endless shopping and restaurants nearby.

This was a great little house. Perfect for what we needed. A well appointed kitchen, and a nice smart tv for our teen to enjoy. It was in a quiet residential neighborhood. We were in town visiting family. It was great to be able to
host family dinners, and be able to just hang out in such a comfortable setting. The edge of the pool was our favorite place for morning coffee.
I highly recommend this house for families traveling together.

This place was really nice.
Cleaniness was very good. Pictures doesnt do justice.
The only thing bad was that when your outside the mosquitoes and flies and its a bothersome.

Loved this place!! Everything about it was wonderful! The host was awesome and communicated quickly if I had any questions. She was very informative and supplied a welcome book with information on places to see and things to do. The home was extremely clean, spacious and well supplied with utensils and cookware. We felt right at home. The pool was the right temperature and clean. We spent most of our time swimming in it. My family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. Literally every place we wanted to go to was was 10 min or less. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway this is the place! We will definitely be staying again next time we are in Phoenix.
