Happy Haus

This house was great! Slept all of us comfortably, the house well updated and decorated, had an amazing pool, and all the little things we needed. I do wish that the water through the tap was cold; always warm. And I do wish we could have known the sprinkler schedule as we and our things got drenched a few times. Would definitely recommend.

The mattresses were incredible. I’ve traveled the world and these were by far the most comfortable I’ve slept on outside my own bed. Pool was awesome. Kitchen was just perfect. Location was near many great places to eat. The owner was super responsive and great to work with.

Very beautiful property. There were issues with the air conditioning but the property manager quickly called an HVAC repairman who fixed it. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and organized! Highly recommend!!

The house was excellen!! Quiet neighborhood! Exactly as pictured. Just an all around Fantastic house! It had absolutely everything we needed for our stay!!

This property is a great option for anyone looking to stay near GCU (about 10-15 min drive depending on traffic), not far from Camelback Road & close to a major highway. The rental is set up nicely & room enough for our family of 6. Two different living room areas for everyone to spread out (only 1 tv though). We cooked in the kitchen, used the grill, ate out in the area & also ordered in Italian from one of the suggestions listed from the owner. Pool area is small but worked perfectly for our small group (bring floaties!). Definitely felt like a safe neighborhood. Walmart & several fast food options very close by. We will stay here again!
