Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wedding in Phoenix and needed a place to stay. We really didn’t want to do a hotel. We found Happy Haus and thought it looked like a good place. When we arrived it was even better than we hoped for! The place was super clean, bigger than it looked in pics and setup just right. Beds were very comfortable, clean and rooms were nice. The pool was super clean and perfect temp. We used the gazebo a lot! Nice to be outside. They had a charcoal grill we used twice. I would highly recommend this place!

This is a good rental. It was overall just what was needed. Plenty room to spread out. There were 4 adults in our group. Good Life Vacation Homes who manages were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Beds were comfortable. Pool was a nice size. It wasn’t heated but it was 110 degrees here this week and the pool was the perfect temperature and clean. It is a quiet neighborhood and easy to drive to anything.

The property was immaculate and had everything we needed easily accessible. The location is ideal and the home is laid out perfectly for small gatherings. I would definitely work with this host again.

Pool was perfect it got shade around 4pm and really cooled it down beautiful decor. There were some dead bugs in the family room near the pool. My sister is a clean freak so she did clean everything and spray the bug spray provided thank you. Possibly have some clorox wipes or disinfectant avaliable to guest. Another helpful tip would to have the gate code for the trash in the welcome book I was having a hard time finding it in my emails. Other wise great stay and beautiful house

We loved our stay at Happy Haus. The home is extremely comfortable and we enjoyed the swimming pool in the heat of Phoenix. The home is located in a great neighborhood. We appreciated the detailed instructions provided by the host plus the host's quick response when a question arose. We highly recommend Happy Haus!
