Happy Haus

Could not have asked for a better experience at this property. Clean, spacious, cute yard and pool, hosts were easy to contact. Would love to go back!

This is a nice little house on a nice quiet street in central Phoenix. The beds were on the firm side but comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils. Check-in was easy and the manager was responsive to a couple of email inquiries I sent before arrival. We are a family of four with two adult children, and we were very comfortable for a four day stay. There are some small yappy dogs in the neigborhood that sometimes got annoying during extended barking sprees, luckily not at night. But we would stay here again and would rent again from this same management company.

We took in a Brewer spring training baseball game. Location was close to both field and Phoenix airport.

We stayed here as a family. My husband and I with our boys and there familes. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out. Loved the 2 living rooms and big kitchen. The master room was big enough for little ones to sleep on small cots for the 2 and 4 year old and a play n pack for the baby. We had the pool heated for the kids and so they enjoyed plenty of time in the private pool. Which I like the brick fence for privacy! Enough room to park our vehicles off the street. The little kids enjoyed watching the neighbors walk their dogs in the morning. Had fun trying out the restaurants close by for breakfast! Host was nice to supply a crockpot request for us. It was perfect place to stay. All I would ask in the future is a large pot for cooking. Would stay here again for sure!!

Very cozy, well-stocked, has the perfect layout for spending time with friends or family. Flawless, pleasant communication with host. 100% recommend!

Nice updated house and close to my new grandbaby! Will definitely be a repeat customer!
